Terms & Conditions for Exhibitors

The smooth and efficient running of the show relies on co-operation between the exhibitors and the organisers, together with the careful and detailed planning that is given to its management.  When booking a stand at the Portishead Home Show, exhibitors are accepting the terms and conditions imposed by the organisers.

Entry to the venue for exhibitors is from 3.30pm on Friday 17th April (please no earlier). Stands must be in place and ready for trading by 6.30pm on this day.

Stands cannot be removed until after 3.30pm on Saturday 18th April. The venue must be vacated no later than 5pm.

  • On submission of signed booking form, you will be sent confirmation with your invoice.
  • All payments must be received by return in order to confirm your stand space.
  • Company name/logos and web links will be used as promotional/marketing material but only when provided by the exhibitor and then when contents is approved by the organisers.
  • Any cancelations must be in writing – no refunds will be issued.
  • Please ensure that your valuables and equipment are covered by a current insurance policy.
  • The venue and the organisers are not able to accept responsibility for any damage, loss or theft.
  • Any stand involving moving equipment must be supervised at all times.
  • All walkways, stairs, fire exits and extinguishers should be kept free from obstruction at all times.
  • Your booking will be seen as acceptance of these terms and conditions

 

Payment

Fees are payable upon invoice which are issued upon booking and are non-refundable
